Us? We’re open books. Anything you want to know, all you have to do is ask. All we really wanted to do was create a salon experience that would put you, the client, at the center of it all.
The most important lesson we’ve learned in this business – and believe us when we tell you that they don’t teach this in beauty school – is that we have to listen. Before we cut, before we color, before your blowout, gossip or wine, we listen. We want to understand not only what you want done to your hair, but also how you want to feel when we’re finished. We’ll ask questions, weigh in with some ideas of our own – you are paying us for our expertise after all – and we guarantee you that there will be no unpleasant surprises.
